He is survived by: his parents, Cecil Dean and Rebecca Dean; his sons, Jason Dean, David Dean (Shannon) and Cecil "Bitty" Dean; his stepdaughters, Kristian Fletcher, Myah Fletcher and Hannah Fletcher; and his siblings, Sherry Arthur (Charles), Timmy Dean (Theresa), Allen Dean (Sarah), Harvey Dean (Angie) and Kevin Dean (April). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family members.
