William L. Wood Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 10, 2019, at the age of 71, William L. Wood (Charleston, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Andrew and Martha Greathouse Wood; his brother Robert; his mother-in-law Nell Smith; his aunt Alyce Greathouse Ferrell; his uncle Ron H. Ferrell; his cousin Sandra M. Ferrell; and his friend Barbara Thaxton.
He is survived by: his wife Dianna L. Wood; his daughter Jennifer E-L Wood of Charleston; his sister Martha Jenean Jones (William R.) of Charleston; his father-in-law Richard J. Smith of Ripley; his siblings-in-law, Tim Smith of Ripley and Darlene Mitchell (Mike) of Virginia; and his nieces and nephews, Jessica Munoz (Nick), Erin Webb (Matt), Mark Jones (Lauren), Ashley Nichols (Sean Gallagher) and Kyle Smith (Rhaynin Simons). He is also survived by six great nieces and nephews.
