He is survived by: his children, Deanna Page (Jerry), Pamela Milam, Billie Saunders, David and Barbara Davis; and his grandchildren, Monica Thaxton, Brian, Jason Page, Ashlea King, Dave, Dennis Davis, Ashley, Gordon Saunders, Jessa and Joshua Saunders. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
