It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Foster (Charleston, West Virginia), who passed away on June 16, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Carolyn "Soo" Foster; his wife Vicki; his sons, Stephen and Mitchell; his father Steve Foster; his sisters, Tamela DeChaine (Chris) and Stephanie Carnes (Jeremy); his mother-in-law Victoria Lunsford; his brother-in-law Buddy Lunsford (Betty); and his close friend Scott Scotch.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to Paralyzed Veterans of America at 640 4th Ave. Huntington, WV 25701.
