He is survived by: his children, John Wilkinson (Sue), Bill Kelly (Kathy), Danny Kelly (Karen), Jeff Kelly (Paulene) and Kay Young (Terry); his sister Juliann "Sis" Bailey; and his grandchildren, Jessica Stricklen, Jamison Wilkinson, Ricky Coon, Mikayla Estep, Scarlet Ferris, Annette Bailey, Karla Arthur, Drew Shamblin, Hillary Hunter, Jeffrey Kelly, Jr., Matthew Kelly and Stacy Miller. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
