He was predeceased by: his father William "Roger" Edens; and his grandparents, T. J., Pauline Jones, Russell and Cledith Edens.
He is survived by: his mother Linda Jones Edens of Charleston; his children, Zachary Edens (Katie) of Sissonville and Ashley; his sister Sherri Edens of Charleston; and his grandchildren, Mahayla, Delaney, Leo and Eva Edens. He is also survived by numerous cousins, uncles, and aunts.
