He was predeceased by: his parents, Derwood Kitchen and Theodosia Mason Kitchen; and his granddaughters, Chelsea Kitchen and Angel Kitchen. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his sons, David Kitchen (Angie) and Billy Kitchen (Kim); his grandchildren, Chasadina Cook (Josh), Christopher Kitchen (Kaitlynn), Brittany Brown and Joseph Brown; and his great grandchildren, Josilyn, Sophia and Ethan.
