He is survived by: his wife Edna Elizabeth Latta Galloway; and his children, Vera Galloway, Stephanie Clay (Kenny), Ralph Steven Galloway, Jr., Kim J. Galloway, Linda Bridges (Kenneth), Marcia L. Galloway and Melanie Walton (James). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
