He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Cooper and Bessie Helton Cooper; and his siblings, Mark Cooper and Terri Cooper. He is survived by: his sons, William Eugene Cooper II (Charlene) of Charleston, Dustin Lee Cooper (Janet) of Cadiz, KY and Matthew Gregory Cooper of Lexington, KY; his siblings, Mike Cooper (Pam) of Tampa, FL, Nancy Platt (Jimmy) of Greenup, KY and Patty Cooper of Boone County; and his grandchildren, William III, Josie, Eli, Michael Leroy and Nathaniel Cooper.
