He is survived by: his wife Deloris Rooper of Hurricane, WV; his children, Melonie Justiss, Julie Perry and Juanita Zermeno; his stepdaughters, Carla Sue Houser and Elice Bailey; and his siblings, Juanita Thornton, Rebecca Phelps and Preggy Henderson. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
