He is survived by: his sister Judy Gerow; his daughters, Holly Hickman and Samantha Hickman; his stepdaughter Rebecca Moore; and his grandchildren, Sierra Sizemore, Linda Sizemore, Austin Sizemore, Tracy Farrell, Lisa Ferrell, Kaley Miller, Josh Johnson and Jake Johnson. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cherished friends.
