She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Palmer (Vanessa) of Richmond, KY, Robert Lee Palmer Jr. of Charleston and Shawn Palmer of Hurricane; her siblings, Barbara Jean White of Rainsville, AL. and Robert Kent Abston of Idaho; and her granddaughter Michelle Lynn Palmer of Witcher.
