She was predeceased by: her parents, Brady Hartwell and Aylie Hartwell (Williams); her brother Herman Hartwell; and her half-brother Wade Williams. She is survived by: her husband Howard Boggess; her daughter Laura; her son-in-law Frank Shafer of Clendenin, WV; her son Richard; her daughter-in-law Margert Anne Boggess of South Charleston, WV.; her grandchildren, Lacon (Shannon Shafer) of Clendenin, WV and Miranda (John King Jr) of Gandeeville, WV.; her great grandchildren, Wade, Marshall Shafer of Clendenin, WV and Kennedy King of Gandeeville, WV.; her sister Nettie Turley (Jim); and her sister-in-law Sue Hartwell of South Charleston. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
