She is survived by: her parents, Paul Smith and Neesha Smith; her children, Jared T Smith (Jessalyn), Kierra A and Kianna A Smith; her grandson Josiah Braxton Smith; her brother Anthony Jason Smith (Melissa); and her stepbrother Christopher Voight of Cincinnati. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
