He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Glen Roy Smith, Anna Marie Smith, Otto Rudolph Spencer and Mary Elizabeth Spencer. He is survived by: his parents, Otto Rudolph Spencer Jr. and Eva Lucille Spencer; his nieces and nephews, Caleb Spencer (Erin), Mackinsey Spencer (Lane Stanley) and Garrett Spencer (Mackenna Cline); his great-nephew Ezekiel Spencer; and his siblings, Joe Spencer (Chas) of Chattaroy, WV and Leah Wireman (Greg) of Louisa, KY. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
