It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Toby Jane Singleton of Charleston, West Virginia, born in Elkins, West Virginia, who passed away on January 22, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley Singleton and Ocie Singleton (Mullens); and her brother John. She is survived by: her husband Ronald W. Talkington; her close friend Methodist; her sister Jean (Hornor); her children, Steven Talkington, Cheryl Talkington and Andrew Talkington; and her grandchildren, Anthony Claredades, Garrett Talkington, David Talkington, Samuel Talkington, Luke Talkington, Sophie Talkington and John Talkington.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a local SPCA, or similar venture, of the donor's choosing.
