He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Harper and Ginny Harper; and his wife Linda Harper. He is survived by: his former wife Kay Harper; his brother David Harper; his children, Thomas Lee Harper (Renee) and Lisa Dunlap (Mike); his stepson Danny Marion; and his grandchildren, Rikki Wills and Michael Dunlap.
