He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell E Demastus and Opal G Demastus; and his sister Anna Goodwin. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Demastus of Supply, NC; his daughters, Juanita Demastus of Virginia Beach, VA, Ramona Hlavinka (Dean) of Dallas, TX and Vanessa Zettlemoyer (Aaron) of Supply, NC; and his siblings, Juanita, James Cunningham of Charleston, WV and Russell Demastus of Fairmont, WV.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
