He is survived by: his wife Amelia Pilato Crutchfield; his brother James "Jack" Crutchfield of Arlington, TX; and his nieces and nephews, Berry Crutchfield (Sarah) of Charleston, WV and Todd Crutchfield (Barbara) of Versailles, KY. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
