He was predeceased by: his father Isaac Thayer Marks; and his brother Howard T. Marks. He is survived by: his wife Jane Marks; his children, Joanne Ralstin (Bob), Thomas David and Amy Scarberry (Steve); his grandchildren, Andrew Ralstin (Sarah), Nicholas (Emma), Sophia, Daniel, Luke Marks, Brittany Sawai (Yuki) and Samantha Scarberry; his great grandchildren, Logan, Charlotte and Everly Ralstin; and his sister Sandra Louise Miller. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
