She is survived by: her parent Kay Jones Hoffman; her sons, James Lee Hoffman of South Charleston and Michael Norris Barber; her wife Tessa Johnston of Poca; her sister Mary Lou Hayden of Charleston; and her grandson George Norris Barber. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
