He is survived by: his significant other Pamela Sue Shamblin; his grandchildren, Colton Wade Fugate, Alexis Rose Lupson (Daniel), Connor Matthew Fugate and Trevor Rosewell Scragg; and his siblings, Paulette Faye Brown and Virgil Ernest Scragg.
