She was loved and cherished by many people including: her pet Sophie; her parents, Doris Harless and Lewis Brown; her brother George Brown; her nephew Chris Holbert; her close friend Joan Hensley Cecil; her daughter Deborah Ann (Scott Wilson); her siblings, Lena Allawat, Lou Williford of South Charleston, Jesse Brown (Jean) and Preston Brown (Jeannie) of Sod; her siblings-in-law, Pamela Brown of Osseo, MI, Crystal Brown of Lancaster, OH, Jerry and JoAnn Dunlap of Cross Lanes; her aunt Lyndell Shaffer of Sod; her nieces and nephews, Shawn Allawat (Angie), Lee Ann Brown, Erin Lee (Adam), Kellie Toledo (Ulises), Tina Brown-Piper (Kevin) of Jesse, Scott Brown (Cassi), Brian Brown (Krisy) and Melissa Brown; her adoptive daughters, Stacy Atkins, Shannon Phillips, Jennie Pringle, Brooke Bailey, Tammy Smith and Shannon Williams; and also Jan Wilson.
