He is survived by: his son Jacob Skinner; his siblings, Tyler Payton (Teresa) of Ranson, WV, Tracey Payton (Upper Marlboro, MD) and Michelle Porter (Jeffrey) of Winchester, VA; and his granddaughters, Everleigh Skinner and Mila Skinner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
