He is survived by: his daughter Stacie Hively (Matt) of Chesapeake; his grandchildren, Zachary Jenkins and Sydney Jenkins of Charleston; his great grandchildren, Grace, Gabby, Jason and Liam; his siblings, Jonnie Martin of Red House and Paul Chambers of Walkertown, NC.; his sons, Seth (Samantha) of Kenna and Tyler of Clarksburg; his grandchildren, Breecie and Easton of Kenna; and his caregiver Danny Payne.
