Sheila Ann Manley Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sheila Ann Manley (Charleston, West Virginia), who passed away on January 25, 2021 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Daniel Townsend; and her siblings, Wanda Townsend and Michael Townsend. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Manley; her children, Chad Lynch (Tiffany), Stacey Lynch, Jessica Lynch (Rodney), Kasey Withrow (Greg) and Dusty Manley (Lindsay); her grandchildren, Skylar, Talon, Dominic, Aliyah, Karmen, Blakely and Jett; her mother Elaine Townsend; and her siblings, Kenny Townsend (Debbie) and Sandy Thompson (Frank).

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, it is mandated by the Governor and the CDC that proper facial coverings be worn and that social distancing be observed.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association, 1248 Greenbrier Street, Charleston, WV 25311.
