He is survived by: his mother Kim Kelley of Charleston; his siblings, Tamariah Hager and Zachary Houtz of Charleston; his grandmother Starlet Ellison; his husband John of Oak Hill, WV; and his aunt Sabrina Hornsby of Oak Hill. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
