He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Patrick Charles McGinley; his grandparents, Patricia Noel McGinley and Frank Howard McGinley; his wife Ana Gloria Marino; his sons, Liam Patrick McGinley and Colin Sean McGinley; his cousin Oberlin; his grandfather Sean; his sister Molly McGinley Han; his brother-in-law Richard Han; his nephew Ethan Han; his niece Elena Han of Granite Bay; his mother-in-law America Marino; his brother Carlos; his sister-in-law Laurence Marino; his niece Alexa Marino Bacardi (Anton Bacardi); his great-niece Amira Lola Bacardi of Miami; and his aunts, Molly Plummer Maddox, Amy Plummer Ruby and Brenda Kapp McGrath. He was also cherished by son who called his parents daily to share his sons.
