She is survived by: her sons, Gary A. Goad (Traci Easter) of Charleston, WV and David L. Goad (Christy) of South Charleston, WV; and her siblings, James Hartley (Elease) of Red Jacket, WV, Pete Hartley (Linda) of Grafton, OH, Connard Hartley of Elyria, OH and Willow Hackett (Tom) of Plymouth, MI.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, loved ones neighbors and friends.
