She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Clark and Jean Kelly Clark; and her siblings, Steven Clark and Karen Clark West. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Moore (F. Scott) of Hurricane, Amanda Blaylock (Craig) of Belle and Sidney Baldwin (Connie) of Culloden; her siblings, Daniel Clark (Linda) of Hughes Creek, Ann Duncan of Charleston and Linda Hern of Campbell's Creek; her half-sister Teresa Clark McDonald of Belle; and also, David and Michael Clark. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
