He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel S. Frame and Virgie B. Frame; his brother Paul Edward Frame; and his son Clinton Allen Frame. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his daughters, Sandra Keener of Belle and Betsy Chapman (Keith) of Elkview; his grandchildren, Chris Keener, Brittini Frame, Jeffrey Dozier, Brookelynn Dozier and Abbegail Thaxton; and his great grandchildren, Emma Grayce McDougal, Tanner Allen McDougal and Dawson Samuel Jarrell.
