She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Butler and Mary Ann Butler; and her husband Samuel. She is survived by: her siblings, Cindy Butler Sammons (David) of Sarasota, FL, Richard Butler of Charleston and Paul Butler (Janice) of Tinley Park, IL. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews, and many great-nephews and great-nieces.
