We are sad to announce that on September 15, 2021, Ruth Pennington of Charleston, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Pennington and Martha Scragg Pennington; and her siblings, Ray, Ernest, Norman, Louise, Juanita and Ruby.

She is survived by: her brother Dave Pennington (Barbara) of Charleston; and her great-niece Emily. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; many great nieces and nephews; and great great nieces and nephews.
