She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Reining and Irene M. Reining; her husband James E. Rosencrance; and her sisters, Betty Dillion and Marilyn Brazelton.
She is survived by: her son Dr. James G. Rosencrance; her daughter-in-law Jackie L. Rosencrance; her grandsons, Zachary J. and Austin L. Rosencrance; and her great grandchildren, Kora James, Carter James and Grant Michael Rosencrance.
In honor of Ruth's legacy, the family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the WVU Medicine Thomas Foundation Nursing Scholarship Fund.
