She was predeceased by: her husband Vincent; and her parents, Hersel Halstead and Ruth Nelson Halstead. She is survived by: her siblings, James Ray Halstead (Marcia) of Charleston, Wayne D. Halstead (Donna) of Summersville, Glenda S. Cooper of Columbus and Nadine Smith (Jim) of Elkview. She is also survived by four nephews; two nieces; and numerous great nieces and nephews.
