It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Bowles Skiles (Charleston, West Virginia), born in Tad, West Virginia, who passed away on December 22, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James F. Bowles and Frances Carte Bowles; her brothers, Orville, James and Franklin Bowles; and her grandson Daniel Graham.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Elvin Skiles; and her daughters, Paula Junkins (John) of Wheeling and Brenda Graham (Steve) of Elkview. She is also survived by two grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
