Roy Stover II Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Stover II (Charleston, West Virginia), who passed away on December 16, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy C. Sr. Stover and Wanda Hale Stover. He is survived by: his aunt Carol Sue Hambrick of Scarbro, WV; and his pet Roxie. He is also survived by other family members and faithful dear friends.
