He is survived by: his daughter Jo Elaine Bauman of South Charleston; his granddaughter Jama Whittaker (Frank) of South Charleston; his great grandchildren, Amanda Mattix (Robert) of South Charleston and Cole Whittaker (Shannon) of Cross Lanes; his great great grandchildren, Gabe, Lucy Mattix and Hollyn Whittaker; and his niece Judy Sexton of Columbus, Ohio..
