She was predeceased by: her husband Charles B. Boggs Sr.; her brothers, Ernest Snyder and Vernon Snyder; and her daughter-in-law Diana Boggs. She is survived by: her son Chuck Boggs, Jr. of Cross Lanes; and her grandsons, Chuck Boggs III (Karie) of Nitro and Fred Harmon of Hernando.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Rosie's name to HospiceCare, 1606 Kanawha Blvd W, Charleston, WV 25387.
