He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte Manning and William Clarence Manning Jr.. He is survived by: his close friend Elder Philip E. Weldon; and his brothers, Gregory C. Edwards (James C. Jackson, Sr.), Samuel L. Singleton, Bobby Howard, Mack Reed and Bernard Ford.

“I grew up with Ronnie, his sis (Rhoda) and bro (Paul, Tony and David) in Springfield, OH. When we were young, David, Ronnie and I wanted to join the Marines. David and Ronnie did just that,. I joined the AF. Ronnie, had a talent for boxing, and would also love to talk about Christ. His mom always cooked an excellent breakfast (smile). Ronnie, left OH in the late 70s or early 80s, and ventured off to VA. His immediate family and I never saw him again after that. I bid you farewell my brother.”
