He is survived by: his parents, Rondell Clayton and Ruby Skeens Jarrett; his children, Heather Osborne and Clay Jarrett of Charleston; his sister Robin Sanchez (Jamie) of Charleston; his grandchildren, Cade, Levi, Baylee Osborne and Paislea Jarrett; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
