He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy L. Nichols and June Gorrell Nichols; and his brother Duane Guy Nichols. He is survived by: his former wife Mary Jo Crites Nichols; his children, Dr. Phillip Todd Nichols (Wendy), Rebecca June Lester (Michael) and Eric Bryan Nichols (Anitalee); his sisters, June Elaine Morrell and Rosemary Valentine; his grandchildren, Shelby, Connor, Joshua, Hayden, Tanner, Jenna and Lucas; and his great grandchildren, Sophia, Tate and Knox.
