Evans of Cross Lanes, WV; his wife Christine Meinking of Cincinnati, Ohio.; his children, Sadie, Rylie and Kelsie of Cincinnati, OH; his brother Rick (Courtney); his niece Kyra Evans-Hughes of Lexington, KY; and his godparents, Carolyn and Kevin Wilborne of Nitro, WV. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
