He is survived by: his wife Debbie Hollingsworth; his siblings, Jim Hollingsworth (Karen) of Olive Hill, KY, Keith Hollingsworth (Renee) of Olive Hill, KY and Sheila Binion (Randy) of Alexandria, KY; and his children, Missi Saunders (Chris) of Red House, WV and Robert Dale Hollingsworth (Constance) of Denton, KY.. He is also survived by 7 loving grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
