He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Lowe, Sr. and Mildred E. Lowe (Coats); his sister Constance "Connie" Rogers; his wife Bernadette "Barbara" Lowe; and his son-in-law W. N. "Pete" Moss.
He is survived by: his former wife Norma K. Lowe; his children, Christy Moss and Robert W. Lowe III (Monica); his stepson Carlos Schrader (Megan); his grandchildren, Jessica Cottrell (Tom), Marshall Strawther (Christine), Marisa Jackson (Ed), Robert W. Lowe IV, Michael Lowe (Katherine), Carissa Szablewski (Craig) and Erika Schrader Durochia; and his great grandchildren, Donavon Cottrell, Breanne Cottrell, Preston Guill, Luca Jackson, Maxwell Jackson, Rowen Jackson and Rhya Durochia. He is also survived by many nephews, niece and their children.
