He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee, Sr. and Rita S. Williams. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Williams; his sons, David Lee and Charles Williams; and his stepchildren, Chris, Rachel, Judith, Shelly Willis-Landers and Virgil Hanshaw.
