He was predeceased by: his parents, Seaton Bailey and Agnes Krick Bailey; and his siblings, Kenneth, Don and Marie Bailey Foley.
He is survived by: his wife Penelope; his grandchild Benjamin Lee (Sarah Carden Bailey) of Charleston, WV; and his children, Graham Bailey, Stella Bailey, Elise Bailey, Robert Brent Bailey, Elizabeth Cohen of Morgantown, WV, Suzannah Bailey, Lillian Bailey, Ann Bailey Berry of Morgantown and Emma Berry. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren and their circle of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would suggest a donation to the Amedisys Hospice Foundation.
