He is survived by: his wife Irma Holstine Collins; his daughters, Misty of Charleston and Christy Harris of Charleston; his grandchildren, Brandon of Charleston, Mollie Slaughter of Charleston and Cameron Terry of Charleston; his great grandchildren, Zander of Charleston, Emerson of Charleston and Leo Slaughter of Charleston; and his sisters, Joyce Collins of Huntington, Judy Cleary (Johnny) of Nicholasville, KY, Janet Moore (Jerry) of Eleanor, Joan Webb (Jeff) of St. Albans and Jennifer Collins (Mark) of South Charleston. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews; 15 great nieces and nephews and 4 great-great nieces and nephews; fur babies.
