Richard O. Spencer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard O. Spencer of Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on October 18, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emet Spencer and Belva Wines Spencer; his wife Helen Sargent Spencer; and his siblings, Kenneth Spencer, Edward Lee Spencer and Carolyn Sue Spencer.
He is survived by: his sons, David Spencer (Bev) and Don Spencer (Debbie); his grandchildren, Melanie Spencer Young (Ryan), Kim Spencer Aurelio, Rebecca Spencer Vaught (Tucker) and R. J. Spencer; his great grandchildren, Mallorie, Marek Young, Peyton, Avery Aurelio and Carter Vaught; and his brother Emet Spencer.
