With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard M. Hall of Charleston, West Virginia, born in Clay, West Virginia, who passed away on October 22, 2020 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard M. Hall to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rupert V. Hall and Dorothy Hall; and his wife Normal Lucille Horner Hall. He is survived by: his daughters, Jane Condee (Bob) of Charleston and Julie Doherty (Brendan) of Aiken, SC.; his grandchildren, Reid Condee, Andrew Condee and Emilie Doherty; his sister Dolores Hendrickson of Martinsville, IN; and his nephew Leonard Boggs.
